Arthur's Plans.....

So sorry, I forgot to actually Blog about what Arthur's plans were for me for my birthday. The only thing I gave you to go on was, I had to be clean :-) Unfortunately there really were no pictures taken to capture the evening. He did tell me I had to be ready to go by 6:00, so I was. White T-shirt, brown pants and flip flops, he said that would be fine- - - - Men what do they know?!? Well, one of the boys let it slip that we were going to Gabriels Restaraun in Sedalia http://www.gabrielsdenver.com/. To be honest, it is one of THE NICEST restaruants I have ever been to!!!! So, back up the stairs for my favorite brown slacks from Nordstroms, Ann Taylor sweater, and my all time favorite pumps, which all of the men in my family make fun of, however Sagie and I LOVE them! I was NOW ready to go. The boys all looked amazing! JC was in a shirt and tie, can not believe we did not take pictures. Caleb was in a black long sleeve button up, jeans, cowboy hat and cowboy boots, that is my Caleb ~ COWBOY! Seth, jeans and a polo, next time we will step his wardrobe up a bit, but hey he's ten :-). Each boy had an assignment. JC was to drive (which he has not been allowed to do since March) Seth was to order for me, and Caleb got to hold the cash- he was to pay! Now, to be honest, once we walked into Gabrielle's I thought "Oh dear Lord, ,what has my husband done to me, by boys are clearly NOT ready for this intense of a dining experience !!!" However, I have to say they were, they all did GREAT!! We had so much fun, the best part was we TALKED and LAUGHED! We all joked that because it was a 5 or 6 course meal, that this was more food than Seth was use to eating in a week. Caleb ordered the Grilled New York Steak, JC Lamb and Shrimp Dijonaise, Seth Chicken Parmaggen, and I ordered the Beef Marsala and Lobster Gorgonzola. Needless to say, Arthur gave me a night with my boys, I will never forget! For those of you who are wondering, "What about Sage?" Well, Arthur was in his right mind to just send the boys and I :-) He took Sage and her little friend Graissen to Chik Fil A.
